Around 500 members of Hungary’s Scientology news eu farmers community came together to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Budapest Ideal Organization on Váci Road.
Dedicated in July 2016, the six-storey religious centre has become a centre for worship, education and community activities. The anniversary brought together a religious service, live music, a photographic and video retrospective and a presentation looking toward the coming years.
Since opening its doors, the Budapest church has also hosted community programmes ranging from drug prevention and human-rights education to humanitarian and interfaith initiatives. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
